Hi Chengjoo!
Well actually I own gastem too, and they too have a 20% interest.
It's 60/20/20 Forest/GMR/QEC...I know sometimes the NR's get a bit hard to put together...but I have been with both companies to tell you that yes it is on the Yamaska property, and those are the interests...of course, the royalty is I believe 7.5%, which is then convertible to a 20% interest(for QEC). I know a lot of people are trying to put together the facts, but Gastem and QEC have the same interest....the wonderful thing, is that their isn't any cost to QEC....we just sit back and them drill (because we farmed out the land to them).
In regards to the actual numbers of reserves, I am a bit sketchy on them....as in I usually ask others like Okkeg on this board to figure it out lol.
Well using the forest oil numbers, 4tcf of recoverable gas is about 713million bbls of oil....taking a $65netback(of course we're just using oil equiv calculation...also I believe the netback is higher, but I'm being conservative).....so 713MM*$65*(7.5% royalty payments)= approx. $3.5 billion. I don't know if I did that right LOL, but we both ended up taking diff routes and comping up with the approx. same amount!:)
Now, that is JUST the Yamaska property...Encana released a report saying there was about 24tcf recoverable gas...which is approx 4.3bbls oil equivelent. Mr Binnion (QEC CEO) mentions that very number of up between 4-5 billion bbls of oil equiv. recoverable and how QEC would retain 10-20% of that on the upside....so he has his numbers right if you watch this video....

So like I said, that was all just the yamaska property with Fores and Gastem....we have an additional 1 million acres with Talisman (which if you watched the presentation in Norway, Mr. Binnion mentions how he believe QEC has the prime acerage and he wouldn't go back and change his land pickings after hearing what Forest Oil released!)....but on this land, QEC has a 4.25% royalty AND a 25% working interest so its both, not like yamaska where its 7.5% royalty CONVERTIBLE to 20% interest.....I believe when I talked to Jason, if you were to "add" both up (25%interest + 4.25% royalty) it works out to become a 35% interest. Now with that said, in one of Mr Binnions interviews recently, he said that if QEC starts to pay its own way, they will have a 50-50% interest will Talisman...he mentions it here http://www.theenergynews.com/news/vi...
So I mean if you did the math on that, it sort of becomes a number which is hard to comprehend!
Anywho, hope that helped a potential investor:)! Wish you all the best and if you have any other question, just ask...the guys on our board are all great people, and I am sure they will help you out too:)!
