Just found out from this site with Okkeg provided

You have to go to the left hand side and hit the 'marked' link, then at the top type in QEC....and on the right hand side it says that one of the directors exercised more options.

The Company reported that Les Beddoes, a director of
Questerre, has exercised stock options to purchase
89,583 common shares. After the option exercise, Mr.
Beddoes holds 388,331 common shares.

It is not on SEDI yet or canadianinsider.com...but it just was annouced today....
