Does this mean that you believe it is likely to go down further from the present $3.38 ?

I like this stock and plan to buy more. The question is, when do I buy ? I am trying to decide.

I think the new name change is a better reflection on what the co. is now involved in , since they have now found Rare Earth Metals.
