There was an discussion on Bnn--last week on Rare earth elements and one anylist commented on that China holds the most REE ---which are needed for the new technology--in cars--that's probably why the big car companies are building plants there--the chinese government will not allow the export of REE ---so if they have the supply now--and NOT yet abundantly avalible in North america--that's why the building of plants in china---and to get the north american market---some big identity will scope up the current better small companies that are in canada and the US---(for the big car companies) that's why the anylist predicted that these small companies will be takeover candidates---QUC---AVL---RES--and a few others--10-20 dollar possibility--happy
