It's quite comical how bad management has been with timelines and actual contract negotiations. You can't really say anything to justify how terrible it's been.

But people will continue to put faith in a CEO currently under investigation for fraud and executives that clearly only know how to submit for a patent rather than close a sale.

Remember that $40M Dross JV expected to close in 2021? Wonder how that's going...
