I would think if found guilty he would be open for attacks or class action filing of misleading investors. Perhaps it is now time to start naming customers in these big contracts so that we as shareholders are assured that the contract is with a real company. Lots of drama, but lets see how the financials play out as now is the time for revenue streams to start showing up in the financials.
