Very well said. I'm at sadly underwater on this investment even after averaging down multiple times. Seems like the share buybacks at $6 were just a rouse to inflate the stock price while the CEO sold shares because as he said he had too many and wanted to diversify. Oh but he was using the proceeds to cover taxes and he ends up with more shares. Now after selling the inflated stock price that hosed retail investors like myself he gets to buy more shares at 1/10th the price he originally sold for. Talk about a pump and dump. Of course this is all in my opinion and likely didn't happen. Wouldn't want to be sued or threatened
