Announcing that you missed the deadline after the fact  6 weeks after  specifically asked if there will be delays   .... 

 You can decide  but I am confused how they didnt know the already delayed SAT wasnt going to happen yet again until after the fact.  I personally would think there would, or should have been a PYR employee on site since this test will validate a system that they have been marketing for over a decade and if successful could lead to the sales of hundreds or  thousands of torches wouldwide.  Clearly the CEO  needs to address the failure to accurately report by his staff.
