I am not sure that you will receive a response. Until then you may want to refer to HPQ presentation Aug 5th 2022 page 20 . This is based on Q1 2022 start up which was delayed to Q3 so I would adjust your expectations accordingly. Until the company provides HARD timelines in writing I would believe the company and the CEO over other investors claims. This puts decision mid 2023 and start of commercial 2025 prior to any delays . Further more they have stated they need to raise 40 million so that may cause delays.

This is R and D. Dont forget the commissioning of the QRR was to occur Q2 2019 so as you can see substantial unforeseen delays can occur.
