I have just been made aware of this Press release is  from July 1 2022 .

Vale Choses Natural Gas for ALL Pelletization

This is a week prior to your firm putting out a press release stating that Client A   had asked for a 90 day delay.

On Sept 9th I asked :

"  Can you confirm the current status of the client A project in Brazil and whether the infrastructure has been proceeding and that the SAT test will occur on or before  Oct 31  as per the previous delayed schedule announcement of July.

Do you have any information or reason to believe this will not occur and additionally that client A will not be proceeding or will be delaying the Project. 

Can you confirm all the work that pyrogenesis has to do in regards to the install has been completed and we are simply waiting for the client to complete their work.

Obviously there is confusion and now  reason  for investors to believe that it appears the SAT may not be occuring and that Vale is not proceeding with the much touted  plasma conversion.

I think all would agree that you should  make an official  statement in regards to the situation to ease all investors concerns and clear all the confusion,
