Thanks for scheduling this Q & A.  Much appreciated.

 

1. In the LIQUIDITY section of the quarterly financials, it says "As at June 30, 2022, the Company has cash and cash equivalents of $1,291,508. In addition, the accounts payable and accrued liabilities of $9,404,542 are payable within 12 months."

Peter, can we expect that you'll have to raise some capital as a result of this situation?
