We continue to be in discussions with the previously stated potential clients, and the JV continues to progress. As one can imagine with large, "big-ticket" industrial products and relationships, the discussion and negotiation periods (and legal work) are very lengthy.
Nothing has gone awry; they just take much longer at times than anticipated, especially the past year or so as those large companies balance numerous supply-chain issues.
We continue to negotiate with the current roster noted previously, and open new discussions with more potential new clients as well.
