Many thanks for that clarification.....I (and a couple others too, judging by their replies) was completely mistaken as to what the term means in the accounting world. In english it refers to an accumulation of uncompleted or unfinished work, so I just assumed it applied here too. And I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions either.

Since it is actually a hugely positive harbinger of things to come, hopefully the clarification will act like a catalyst and provide an upward impetus to the stock price.

Soon as the tech market improves.
