Client B has already placed their order for four. Their objective is to do a trial installation and operation in 2022. There is no secrecy about who they are: RIO/IOC/Labrador City. RIO has rendered that public.

If client B is waiting for anything, other than the delivery of the torches, it must be delivery/installation of the electrical equipement required to drive the torches. IOC is in a hurry to get this sorted out as they have been under pressure to reduce their sulphur emissions for several years now. They currently burn dirty bunker C, not #fuel oil (diesel).
