Shame the author either does not know about the distriction between "Blue" hydrogen and "Turquoise" hydrogen (or is avoiding it).  Perhaps the author needs some education and the fact that Pyro has a ZCE patent / solution in this regard (using natural gas / methane as feedstock to produce the hydrogen).
