So as you can see from March of 2021 on this chart, there is a marginal amount of shorting/naked shorting.. It doesn't look abusive until the last week of the year.. Nearly 10% of the tradable float.. 

I mean.. wtf?  and so much for naked shorting not being allowed in the US anymore..
