Dear Mr Pascali, first let me wish you and yours a Merry Christmas and a happy holiday.  

I'm curious to see if you think that the threat of increasing  interest rates in the next few months, will put any pressure on customers ( A,B and C) to act a little  sooner. I understand  that some may choose to go the leasing route, and with that option payments are spread out. But  an extra quarter percent interest when you're dealing in tens or even  hundreds of millions does add up.
