A brilliant Q1 report and the stock price falls 5% instead of going up.

This cannot be attributed to short sellers, can it? I'm thinking maybe it's because the EPS came out at $0.02 and people were perhaps expecting it to be higher, but what people are missing is that this is a 100% increase over Q1 2020. And will only keep going up.
