Assuming AST has no debt, it appears as if the management of AST is extremely eager to become part of PYR. Considering the back log, pipeline and gross margin the purchase price does little more than monetize exsisting near term rev. This means PYR gets AST's tech,  expertise, relationships, inventory, etc. for free. Almost to good to be true. But after the licensing agreement Peter negotiated with HPQ I am not surprised.
