Hi Peter,

Thank you for your hard word and congratulations for your Nasdaq entrance.

My question is about your right to purchase 50% of HPQ Nano : is this right exercisable whenever you want? By doing so, I suppose it would come with a price, right ? How this price would be decided?

If you can share more details about this right, its purpose (poison pill?), that would be great.
