PyroGenesis has so many different business units, now with everything that is currently developing how do you prioritize your work. Honestly I have a few concerns, does PyroGenesis have the staff/capacity to focus on all the currently important developments like Iron Ore, Additive Powder, HPQ Nano, Drosrite, Tunneling, Waste Management equally. 

Can we expect a spin-off of the Additives division this year, if it develops accordingly in the current year?
