I have a feeling the next NR will be regarding the quote from their Nov. 25, 2020 NR where they stated "The company is selectively considering strategic alliances with technologies/technology providers which could accelerate this strategic focus with a goal to become a world leader in GHG emissions reduction." I think these negotiations are the reason for the delays in order for them to align themselves with a partner that has a global reach. In that regard keep an eye on SGTEX.
