I thought it went without saying.

Anyways, here it is:

I think the reason we haven’t received an order yet is simply because we haven’t agreed on the terms yet. Nothing more complicated than that.

However,  I also believe that I am on record as saying that I do not think the timeframe is out of the ordinary.
