That is the same company that I posted about in an earlier message- Aquasource.  Maybe it is commercialised or maybe it currently exists as the process patent holder for desal and waste water treatment in search of demand.

Pyro is commercialised so they may license from Aquasource for future desal plants unless Pyro designs its own process, or perhaps Pyro can just buy and incorporate the company seeing how the head of westinghouse's former division owns Dighe/Aquasource.
