I expect PYR and the first customer will come up with a contract that PYR will try to use with the customers that follow and it will not take as long as this one will to negotiate. PYR and the first customer will determine what is acceptable to the market and try to use that as the basis of future contracts and part of a standard purchase agreement without the need to employ teams of lawyers to get the job done.
