Having inside knowledge (knowing who the NDA's are), development of the technology to make NANO powders and assessing the results on the new PUREVAP process, I'd say you can comfortably make a desicion wether to buy into HPQ.   It tells me that HPQ more than likely will be successful in its quest to become a large player or the only player in producing cheap Silicon nano powders and wires.
