Dear Mr Pascali:

First I would like to thank you for all the hard work, you and your team have put in and continue to do. I would also like to thank you for being so accessable to shareholders.

I was wondering in light of the recent climb in sp and public exposure of pyr, has your previous guidance of when an uplisting or spin-off might occur, changed?
