With respect to burners and torches, yes, the burners would be replaced one for one with plasma torches of equivalent power. In the case of multiple torches our auxiliary equipment (such as cooling water system) would just be scaled up, so no issues there.

Technically speaking different clients would have slightly different furnace configurations, which is one of the reasons we are being asked to start with modeling. There is some customization, but that is negligible. The basic torch design and fabrication, for all intents and purposes,  would not change much.
