Hello Mr. Pascali,

I have been investing in your company Pyrogenesis since 2014 and while we have yet to meet, I’m sure there are plenty of shareholders who you have not met, I wanted to reach out and say I fully support the technology and direction this company has taken over the years, the direction you and your team have taken it, especially in the last few years, and the last few months.

It is clear to me that the company reached a significant milestone this week, not just a division or project milestone, but a corporate wide milestone, and I want to congratulate you and your team for this major achievement.

Thank you for going above and beyond my (and shareholders) expectations, I am extremely excited about what you have lined up for the future of this company.

On a side note, I expect that soon, if it has not already happened, you may be approached by major investors, which would provide the cash needed to get the company to the next level. While we do now seem to have a degree of cashflow, I do not think it will be sufficient to get where we, where you want to go, in a reasonable timeframe; to not have cashflow issues delaying progress, and equally important to remaining competitive, or ahead of the competition.

Sometimes it is not even about cashflow, since we cannot possibly know what the future holds, take this devasting COVID -19 for example, sometimes it is simply about securing the companies future, and I get that.

Can you share with us what options you might be looking at for financing our growth? Would you consider a rights offering for example to raise some of it?
