Puma Exploration Rocky Brook property agreement

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to an arm's-length agreement dated Oct. 25, 2012, in connection with the acquisition by the company of seven claims of the Rocky Brook property in New Brunswick. The consideration payable by the company consists in 50,000 common shares.
