ADJACENT PROPERTIES (Item 17)

The Ann’s Creek property is adjacent to the Nicholas Denys property owned by Puma

Exploration. Some Zn-Pb-Ag, Fe-Cu, Fe, Mo and Au showings were reported on the Nicholas

Denys property by Davies et al., 1969. Most of these showings were skarn-type and were linked

to the Nicholas Denys granodiorite. The Zn-Pb-Ag showings are similar to the Hachey and Shaft

zones. No resource estimates were made for these showings. No Technical Report is available

for the Nicholas Denys property.
