ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES OF PUMA EXPLORATION INC.

Arness Cordick has acquired two million common shares in the capital stock of Puma Exploration Inc.

After giving effect to the transaction, Mr. Cordick owns a total of 12,042,000 common shares, representing 14.21 per cent of the issued shares of the company.

The common shares were acquired for investment purposes only and were acquired by way of an exercise of share purchase warrants at an exercise price of 10 cents per share. Mr. Cordick could increase or decrease his investment in the company depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.

No other persons currently act jointly or in concert with Mr. Cordick.
