The resource estimate is based on a small number of drill holes and numerous assays within a

closely spaced drilling grid. InnovExplo thus considers this estimate to be reliable and rigorous,

based on quality data and a reasonable hypothesis and parameters that respect Regulation 43-

101 and CIM standards with regard to Mineral Reserve and Resource estimates.

InnovExplo believes that the Mineral Resources at the Hachey Zone are sufficiently advanced

so as to form the basis for a pre-feasibility study that would examine the potential viability of an

extraction scenario.

The current resource estimate outlined areas where the geological and grade continuities are

well developed. Lenses 1 to 9 represent traced areas with similar dimensions and orientations

that are classified in the Indicated Resources category because the drill hole intercept spacing

is tight enough. Other lenses or extensions of the zones have a larger drill hole intercept

spacing and are classified in the Inferred category. The lenses containing Inferred Resources

require additional drilling to confirm their shape and extension, and to upgrade all or parts of

the Inferred Resources to the Indicated category. Isolated drill hole intercepts with grades

above 1% ZNEQ that are associated with blocks but have no other drill holes in their vicinity wil

also require additional drilling to find the extensions of the mineralization and to increase the

Inferred Resources.

Other areas with no Inferred Resources and no drill holes warrant further exploration drilling to

determine the extension of the mineralized zones and to increase the Inferred Resources. The

potential for additional resources is especially good at depth and in the East and West

extensions. According to the spatial distribution of the known lenses, it is very likely that the

pattern of lens distribution will repeat, particularly at depth, in the western direction of the

Hachey Zone and between the Hachey and Shaft Zones. Additional mineralized lenses could

be found in the western extensions of the Hachey Zone.
