Current exploration program at Turgeon

To date, the deposit consists of four lenses of rich copper-zinc mineralization over 450 metres, two of which outcrop on surface. Spectacular copper intersections, e.g. 2.5% Cu over 34.1 metres, 2.7% Cu over 36.2 metres and 7.9% Cu over 7.5 metres, were found in previous drilling.

Previous drilling campaigns by Esso Minerals in 1979-82 and by Puma in 2008-09 have so far intersected three kinds of mineralization. These comprise copper-rich stockwork zones, massive sulphide zones with high copper-zinc values, and zinc-rich brecciated fault zones.

A drilling program is underway to confirm the extension of mineralization at depth, the continuity of the mineralized zones, and to investigate the relationships between the various types of mineralization. More........................wow...look at the hot spots still heading East from the pink ring, good looking IP Anomily.... Two 450 meter high grade veins out croping at surface, and two below and still open at depth... PS, i recall the ND, silver play also have a nice looking magnetic image..I see this Puma having alot of legs ( two good ore bodies ) going forward..copper and silver prices are also just starting to run..Traps7
