Once again the powers that be will not make the decisions that would stop this wild ride in the markets.

As I sit and wait for the ripples to smooth, I can`t help but think what will PCY be worth when the permit for the power plant is actually granted. I have looked for other similar projects but can`t find anything to compare it to. If anybody out there can put me on the right track for comparisons or have an educated opion of what this company could be worth please reply.
