You won't lose shares you will get shares of Prophecy Platinum.

The share structure of Prophecy will remain intact. As far as the share structure of Prophecy Platinum I think there will be about 60M after the consolidation. Im not sure how many shares of Prophecy Platinum we will receive because it depends on the amount of shares that NKL will issue prior to their consolidation.

My best guess is 1 for 1 prior to the consolidation and after the consolidation of NKL it will be around 1 share of Prophecy Platinum for every 10 of Prophecy Resources.

I hope that makes sense. These numbers are my best guess as all I have to go on is very preliminary at this point.
