Assault on overhead resistance is underway. This may hold for the near term but on news we will gap above previous highs.

Vigorous negotiations underway on Chandgana power plant.

My target remains at $3 by Christmas.

If "Significant Progress" is made on Chandgana we will be at twice my previous estimate.
