Hmmmn, that is an interesting move by Mr. Liu. I once owned SVM and wished I still owned it!

They have in 4 years, managed to become China's largest Silver producer producing over 4 million ounces of silver each year. Not too shabby.

Great Company SVM but, for PCY to grab this chap away from them speaks well for the future of PCY.
