Which begs the question....What do we actually make in Canada anymore?

As you pointed out, nothing sold at Walmart or Crappy Tire is Made In Canada!

I am increasing dismayed when lots of stuff purchased at the grocery store is also from China.

Examples are Captain Highliner frozen fish or "Europe's" Favourite vegetables.

The wood products industry is getting mowed down. The beef industry is getting slaughtered. Our fishermen are being told they can't fish in Canadian waters (but other countries can).

So what do we make in this country? What is our international image? Do other nations come here to see our pretty places and the stuff THEY made?

At some point, if Canadians want to continue going to hockey games with hookers that they met at flea markets, we have to start supporting Canadian industries, farmers and businesses!
