Portee,

good friend I wouldn't let you go ahead buying too much of this stuff without warning you. This is too low a grade; it is more than 200 km from Thompson where there is a mill, you could not ship this low grade stuff(0.43%) that far. You need to build a mill, and a huge tailings disposal area. The recoveries will also not be the greatest. The nickel is in the form of pentlandite[(Fe,Ni)9S8] plus some dissolved in the pyrrothite it self, and this portion you will not recover. Remember, if you an 0.43% Ni, the rest will have to end up as some form of waste, meaning huge tonnages of wast per kg of Ni produced.

The Ni in concentrate is great but it has a very high MgO content(10%) making it tough to smelt in a normal smelting furnace, it can be done by diluting it with more normal concentrate.

No, keep some for interest sure but don't bet too much on it, I see no hope for anything economic unless they find some much higher grade stuff
