Many have said Alberta and Norway should have similar savings based on the amount of oil each has sucked out of the ground.

But then Ralphie didn't give a tinker's damn!

So where did the money go? Ask Big Oil!

Although the provincial roads are better out here than in Eastern Canada, it is a different story in the cities. The streets in Edmonton are horrible. And they don't plow them in the winter. Just a few examples of how Alberta and Norway are different when they should be the same!
