Brian said we will get more detailed info in the near future. When a geologist talks about time I don't know if he relates it to geological times or not.
In South America they use the term "manana" which effectively means some time in the future. I'll head down tomorrow trying to get some bail out from the copper cartel, and yes patient is a key because most things happens "manana", they do happen though, at least in Chile.
I am an impatient person, but do know that most large deposits take many manana's to outline and define, so I do not mind that geological time scale is used.
The problem with what we have so far is that there are tonnes of individual data presented at various times, it is almost like looking at reports done by computer modelling experts. They love to present data left and right, but you never get them to write a proper report documenting what they have actually done and summarize it. I would love to see a good summary report presented in the near manana.
In any case it will be interesting to see how large the GM is and yes, we should not forget some of the great intersects because for sure there are others.
