Well I respectfully disagree.... global warming is and will be the thoughest challenge going forward... of which the type of energy we consume will have a major impact. But there are many other serious issues related to global warming that we also have to deal with... how we produce food, the shrinking arctic/antarctic ice cap, changing weather patterns, extinction of species... etc.. etc.. Perhaps the biggest challenge with global warming is that man doesn't control the laws of nature. We can only participate in the cause... and witness the effect.
