They should have just shortened the headline.
An article regarding the SEC knowing about Madoff in 1999. But the SEC guy watching Madoff chose to marry into the family.
No wonder people are getting ripped off by these scammers. Just goes to show that the SEC (and Canadian counterparts) lacks the guts to go after these criminals!
