Portee,

a friend of mine who knows another friend of mine in Barrick said that even those guys have problems getting credit for new developments. If that is the case, tough luck to anyone else.

Yeh, I own some Romark for its mill, only a small amount, but now I have to use my magnifying glass to find anything left
