You are right it would be harder to manage but creating money out of thin air is not doing well right now either. 2/3's of our Corporations pay zero income tax. I am middle class and pay 30% income tax plus sales tax of 6.3% not to mention personal property tax of about 4% plus a gas tax which I am not sure how much.
