Hi Cedar!
I own ASTI, I think their technology will have many applications beyond the current ones. It is one of my biggest holdings. Did well off WFR, but don't own it now. It is a big kid on the block for silicone supply and it seems to show great strength. Have looked at the other 2 but not that up on them.
