Another quite speculative but promising pick is Quest Minerals and Mining (QMNM.OB). I just found out about them over the weekend, and bought some this morning at .022. It was at .0007 as late as last week. Presently over .04.

They are reopening a coal mine. Evidently have already shipped some coal that was at the entrance, and will soon start real production to fulfill an $8M contract. The company has had problems, including bankruptcy of a subsidiary and defaults, probably resulting from previous low prices for coal. 6 to 12 months of production at present day prices should solve their problems, after that it's gravy. Something like 400 million shares, so a cap of less than 2 million. To sum up- Very, very speculative, but immense potential.
