could it be an idea to have Agoracom try and think about " pooling " to come up with a decent $ amount, or at least reach a minimum participation value ?

Just a thought. I used to participate in borrowing US $ at LIBOR rates in a Bank " pool ", since minimums were at that time 250 K.  Worked well and interest rates much lower than here.
