I couple of years ago I was hiking in the "Berner Oberland" close to Frutigen. It was a beautiful day in the mountains when we could here cow bells. I expected to see a typical Swiss bergbauer with his cows and his "stumpe" (small Swiss cigar-spelling?) in the mouth, when suddenly appeared a tall skinny black sheppard who spoke fluently "Berner Deutsch" .  "Langsam" of course
